Happy New Year 2009!
Well how have you been? Long time no read or write, eh. Since I have been gone I have lost momentum. Forming sentences has been difficult.
It is going to be slow going around here for a bit but I am going to make the effort of writing something each day of the week.
If you have been reading the posts about me you know I do not like to be around others. Alone, in my room, sitting on my butt in 2008 I gained a bit of weight, go figure. My trunk has chunky junk.
So these next few months are going to be about losing weight. I have decided to be sensible about what I eat, my water intake and how much exercise I get are important too. This is quite serious I am scared for my life. Heart problems are the history of this family. I started typing, “I don’t know how….” YES!!! I do know how and why and all that rubbish. I sat in the chair, ate food and sat on the couch and ate and went to bed. Do that for six months and see what happens. I am refusing to have a heart attack.
Plans for weight loss have commenced.
Food intake has been cut back to half the amount. Taking notice of when I am hungry and stopping eating when I am full.
Drinking more water during the day before six o’clock (so I am not up all night)
Movement. Moving legs and arms while sitting at all times.
Treadmill.
“Stretch, Twist and Bend.”
Even if it hurts.
You can’t lose weight if you don’t take the first most difficult step. Get off your butt!!
I love myself, this much.
